Problem
You are trying to set your Portal password, but are receiving the following error message: There was an error setting your password. Please ensure you are entering the email address associated with the email you received.
Solution
Assuming you are entering the correct email address, this is a known but inconsistent issue that can happen with some password reset links. Currently, the solution is to generate a new password reset link.
Use the new link to set your portal password, you should no longer see that error.
