Unable to reset password: An error has occurred while processing your request
Problem
Attempting to follow the link provided in the email for resetting your RocketScan Portal password results in the following error page:
Solution
This issue seems to occur for some users if they click on the link from the email. Instead, try copying and pasting the link in the address bar of a new tab of your web browser. This should take you to the "Password Reset" page instead of the error page.
1. Select the link from the email you received to reset your RocketScan Portal password.
2. Copy the selection.
3. In your web browser, open a new tab and paste to the address bar.
4. Hit the Enter or Return key on your keyboard.
5. You should now see the "Password Reset" page.
If you are still getting an error, please contact Image One support at 1-800-956-9000 option 2.
