Getting your district ready for next year with RocketScan
- π Check your email for messages from the Image One Portal (rsPortal@image-1.com)
- π Visit the Portal to complete your Request for Proposal to let us know what you are interested in ordering for the next school year.
For your convenience, we have pre-loaded last yearβs order for you to use as a baseline β feel free to change it as needed. - π€ Complete your Profile in the Portal so that we know where to ship applications and which days you will be available to accept delivery of applications.
- π When you are ready to accept the proposal from Image One, email the signed proposal to Nik.collins@image-1.com
You may return it with a PO for immediate shipment of apps when ready. - π Look for an email from the Portal advising that your application draft(s) is ready for your review.
- π¬ If necessary, request changes to your application design using the Portal messaging system.
- π Carefully and thoroughly review your drafts before approving (fees may be incurred for rejected print proofs).
- If needed: check with your State for approval of the design.

Approve draft(s) in the Portal.
Read approval questions and ensure all are answered correctly. - π
Schedule your rollover in the Portal from available time slots.

If you are not self-printing: Approve print proof in Portal.
- π Continue to monitor emails for any notifications from the Portal to ensure no tasks were missed.
- π₯ If you are not self-printing: When you have received your delivery, log in to the portal to verify that it was received.
- β Be available on rollover day to assist our team setting up your system for the new year.
Advise rollover team when you wish the online application to be available to the public (no earlier than July 1st for meal applications). - π¨βπ« Schedule RocketSCAN training for new staff or attend refresher training.
- π Take off any time left during the summer and relax, because you are ready for the new school year!
