How to reset your RocketScan Portal password

If you ever forget your RocketScan Portal password or want to reset it, the portal provides a simple process to do so from the login interface.

1. Navigate to https://portal.rocketscan.com/ in any web browser and click 'Forgot Your Password?'.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Email Password Link".

If you are unsure of which email address is associated with your account, you may contact Image One support at 1-800-956-9000 option 2 and a support representative can look it up for you.

You should see the "Forgot Password Confirmation" page.

3. Check your email after you see the "Forgot Password Confirmation" page for a message from rsportal@image-1.com with the subject "RocketScan/StrataApps Portal Alert". Follow the link provided in the email.

4. On the "Password Reset" page, enter your email address again and enter a new password. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long, containing at least 1 letter and 1 number. When you are finished, click "Submit New Password".

Passwords are case sensitive.

5. Once you see the "New Password Confirmation" page, you may return to the log in page and use your new password to log in to the RocketScan portal.
