How to change your RocketSCAN password


To change your RocketSCAN password, you will need another user that has access to the Admin module and the User Management task to assist you.

Alternatively, you may contact Image One software support so that an available technician can log in to your system to help you with the next steps.

After the other user logs in to RocketSCAN, launch the Admin module.



Select User Management from the Administration menu.



Select the user that needs their password changed from the User Account drop-down.



Delete the existing value from the Password field and enter a new password. When finished, click the Save button located at the bottom of the screen.

The password is case sensitive.

Verify that the change was effective by having the user try logging in with their new password.
