In the Summer EBT section of Admin select the year of the application you wish to update and click search. Optionally, you could select a date range instead of a school year.![]()
Right-click on the student and select “update status.” This will bring up the Update Status Window: Select the following options in the Update Status screen:
a. Status: The status that will apply to the student(s) on the application
b. Reason: You may enter a custom reason for the change in status. “Manual” will be the default reason if no reason is entered.
c. “Apply to all students on the application” is selected by default and will update all students on the application. Uncheck this box if you want to update only the selected student. Click Update
