Updating a SUN Bucks application that has already been validated and exported.

This guide will show you a Step-by-Step Process in altering an application that has been submitted by the parent/guardian and validated by the district

Step 1 - Find the application in Application Management in the Validated tab.

Step 2 - Highlight and Right Click on the form that needs to be corrected.

Step 3 - Select “Move to Hold” and click Yes to confirm.

Step 4 - The form will now be in the “Hold” queue.


Step 5 - Open the form by double clicking it.
For this example, we are going to update the income for the first Household Member from $100/Month to $2100/Month.

Step 6 - Expand the Household Member you wish to change in the left column and highlight the income field you want to alter. In this example, you will be changing “Adult Gross” for Household Member 1.

The blue border box indicates which field is being updated.






Step 7 - Update the amount in the lower section.
Reminder that for this example, we are going to update the income for the first Household Member from $100/Month to $2100/Month.

Step 8 - Once done updating the amount, we suggest adding a note. Right Click on the updated form and click “Add note”. This note will be date-stamped.











Adding the note will remind you of what you changed and why for audit purposes.

Click "Save And Close" on the note.


Step 9 - Now you are ready to save the updated application.

Click “SAVE AND CLOSE” on the Top Left and the form will move back to be “Exported” which will update the form.
