How are application records maintained in RocketScan and for how long?

Answer

All applications that were scanned and validated or were submitted through your RocketScan online application site are stored on a server designated by your district and can be accessed through your RocketScan system. They remain there indefinitely and can be viewed at any time. The RocketScan system also maintains records of which user scanned, validated, or made a note on an application as well as the date and time it occurred. Additionally, a stand alone file can be created for viewing all applications that were submitted for the current school year.
