Can a deleted application be undeleted or moved to Hold?

Answer

Once a student or an application has been deleted, it cannot be undone. You can still view the application and make notes, but you can no longer modify the application and it cannot be moved out of the Deleted queue.
If further corrections are needed for a deleted application, you must re-scan it and process it as if it were a new application.
Utilize RocketScan's notes feature to make note of why an application was deleted and then re-scanned. This away an auditor will be able to quickly understand why an application was scanned twice.
