Export RocketScan Data in a Format for Aeries

Importing the Direct Certification (DC) List for use with RocketScan

This guide will show you a Step-by-Step Process to import your district’s Direct Certification (DC) List into your RocketScan system.

Step 1 - Login to RocketScan and open the Admin module


Step 2 - From the drop-down menu for Administration select Integrations...

Step 3 – Step 3 - Click Edit at the bottom of the Integration screen


Step 3 - Click EDIT at the bottom of the Integration screen

Step 4 - Click the IMPORT DC LIST…

Step 5 - Make sure to have the DC list ready for import. 

The file format will need to be comma-separated or pipe-delimited.  The file needs to be in the following order:

Student Number, Direct Certification Status (0 indicates NOT DC and 1 indicates DC), DC Reduced Status (0 indicates NOT DC Reduced and 1 indicates DC Reduced)


Example:
234567,1,0 - Student Number 234567 is DC and NOT DC Reduced

567890,0,1 - Student Number 567890 is NOT DC but is DC Reduced

654321,0,0 - Student Number 654321 is NOT DC nor DC Reduced

Step 6 - Click the import button and you will be prompted to browse to the file to import 

Select the file and click Open. You can also preview it.

If the PREVIEW of the file loaded looks good, click SAVE and the DC list will now populate the Direct Certification table in RocketScan. This list will then be used to update the statuses.
