Export RocketScan Data in a Format for Aeries
The following instructions
explain how to run an export file formatted for use in the Aeries Student Data
System. The file format matches Aeries’ currently known requirements.
RocketScan has made every effort to align with these requirements but cannot guarantee
compatibility if Aeries specifications have changed since this documentation
was written.
Step 1 - In RocketScan, choose ADMIN Module
from the Launchpad.
Step 2 - Once in ADMIN, “Choose Reports” à “Income F Reports"
If a window appears for
the Direct Certified Update, click Skip “SKIP AND CONTINUE TO REPORTS”.
Step 3 – Generate the Aeries SIS Report
The SIS REPORTS section at the bottom of the REPORTS window is where we
enter the criteria for the Aeries report.
A. SIS:
Verify that Aeries is selected in the drop-down box.
B. START_DATE:
Enter the desired date to populate the export file.
- Scan Date: will be the date the parent submitted the form
- Release Date: will be the date the form was verified in RocketScan
- Custom: will insert 01/01/1900 as the date.
C. Select
report Modifications to either “Replace DC and DCR with F and R” and/or
“Exclude DC/DCR”.
D. Once the
above criteria are set click “GENERATE REPORT”

Final Step – Once the File is generated, follow instructions from Aeries
on how to import the file to update the Aeries system.
