Sometimes you may run into a situation where RocketScan is unable to match a student to their ID number even though that student is in your Nutrikids system and their status is showing as 'active'. When this happens, the student lookup in RocketScan needs to be updated.
1. Open the NUTRIKIDS Application Scanning Bridge.
2. From the Bridge menu located in the top left, select 'Update Reference Data'.
4. Once that is complete, return to RocketScan.
5. Go to the RocketScan Admin module and click 'Refresh Student Database'.
6. After 90 seconds, the process will be complete and the student information in RocketScan should be updated.
