How to find missing IDs for students showing active in Nutrikids

Sometimes you may run into a situation where Strata Apps is unable to match a student to their ID number even though that student is in your Nutrikids system and their status is showing as 'active'. When this happens, the student lookup in Strata Apps needs to be updated.
Before performing this process to update the student lookup, verify that the student(s) that is marked as 'Missing ID' in Strata Apps is in your Nutrikids system as an active student and has a valid birth date .
1. Open the Nutrikids Scanned Application Bridge .
2. From the Bridge menu located in the top left, select 'Update Reference Data'.
3. Once that is complete, return to Strata Apps.
4. Go to the Strata Apps Admin module and click 'Control Panel'.

5. In the bottom section of the Control Panel, labeled 'Utilities', click 'Integration Configuration'.

6. Finally, click on 'Update Student Lookup', 'Yes', 'OK', and then 'Close'.

7. After about 2 minutes, the process will be complete and the student information in Strata Apps should be updated.
The amount of time it will take for the update process to complete may vary depending on the size of the school district as well as the network speed.
8. Go back to the Missing ID queue and attempt to match the students to their student numbers. Strata Apps should now be able to provide suggested matches.
