About exporting applications from RocketScan to a web-based Point of Sale

This article only applies to the following Point of Sale integrations:
  1. eTrition7
  2. MealTime
  3. PaySchools
  4. Titan

Once a student's application data has completed validation without breaking any rules (or some other user-defined reason to send it to Hold), it goes to "Ready for Export". Shortly after that, it will automatically go to "In Transmission", which means the application data has been sent to the Point of Sale system for processing.

After the Point of Sale has processed that data, it returns the Application ID of each student that was processed to RocketScan as a confirmation (or "handshake") of a successful import. When RocketScan receives this, then that application data is considered to be "Exported".

The export workflow should only take a few minutes to complete.

You may monitor the export workflow using the Mission Control screen. If you notice that you have students in either Ready for Export or In Transmission for longer than an hour, please contact Image One support.
