Generate Notification letters using a mail merge and a Rocketscan exported list

This article includes instructions to create notification letters using an exported Eligibility list and Summer EBT list.  
The attached documents include:
  1. A Word template with mail merge fields included.  This document should be edited to meet the exact verbiage of your district
  2. Two instruction documents for creating the export file in Rocketscan
  3. An instruction document stepping thought the mail merge using the exported Rocketscan file(s)
