The Validation rule "Invalid TANF" is broken when the value for an application's case number (also known as benefit number, TANF, Foodstamp number, etc.) does not match what Strata Apps expects to find in that field. This is managed in Strata Apps' Control Panel under the Validation Values utility. It uses a regular expression and it is typically set up by Image One during your initial install.
Due to the complicated nature of regular expressions, we advise contacting Image One support if you would like to manage what Strata Apps will recognize as a valid case number.
