How to reburn application images
A secondary RocketScan admin user is needed to perform this task.
During the Export Verify step of the RocketScan workflow, RocketScan will attempt to burn some information (such as the application ID or student numbers) to the images of applications that were successfully exported. Should this task fail in burning information to the application images, you can attempt to reburn the images using RocketScan's Application Rerouting.
- From the Mission Control screen in the Admin module, select "Manage Exported Students..." from the Application Rerouting menu and click "Process".
- An authentication window will appear. Input the login credentials for a RocketScan admin user other than yourself. Click "OK".
- In the Student Manager window, select "Exported Students" in the "Student State" section.
- In the "Selection" section, find and select the batches that need to be reburned.
- Select the "Action" for "Reburn Images". Click "Process".
- Wait for the process to finish. During this time, you will not be able to use the RocketScan Admin module.
- A prompt will appear when the process is complete. Click "OK" to close it.
You should also check those applications in Application Management to ensure that the reburned images now include the missing information.
