1. Image Root path
This denotes the destination where the images of applications are kept.
Due to the fact that Image One hosts the server where the images are stored, please DO NOT edit this field unless otherwise instructed by an Image One support representative.

2. Export Direct Cert, Verification, Reduced Meal Status, and Free Meal Status

These settings control whether or not to export applications based on their status in your Point of Sale. If any of these four settings are set to 'No', then students that meet that criteria will not be exported to the POS to have their eligibility evaluated. Their data will instead be set aside and can still be accessed from the 'Application Management' screen.
Student status is solely based on information received from the Point of Sale. Strata Apps does not make eligibility determinations.

3. Evaluate Income on Special Circumstance Applications
This setting controls how a special circumstance application is handled in the Validation module. A special circumstance application is any application where the household or student(s) on an application has been marked as homeless, migrant, runaway, or other such program. If 'Yes' is selected for this setting, then household income information will be collected during Validation. If 'No' is selected, then household income information will be skipped.

4. Override Days
This setting controls how many days the 'Prioritize Online' setting for Validation will remain in effect. If the value for this setting is set to '0', then this setting will be ignored and online applications will be prioritized in Validation for as long as possible. The maximum value for this setting is '8' days. If a higher value than '8' is entered, then it will simply default to '8'.

5. Validate Household Member Names
This setting controls whether or not names of household members are collected during Validation. It is recommended that this is set to 'No' because household member names (with the exception of the application signer) are not included in exports to your Point of Sale. Setting this to 'Yes' does not currently have a practical purpose outside of Strata Apps.

6. Export Incomplete Applications
This setting controls how Strata Apps handles applications where some students on an application are matched to their student ID (complete) while other students on that same application are not matched to a student ID (incomplete). If 'Yes' is selected, then Strata Apps will export the completed students while leaving the incomplete students in hold even though they are on the same application. If 'No' is selected, then all students on an application that have incomplete students will not be exported until all the student on that application have been completed.
It is recommended that users do not modify this setting since Image One will set it based on your Point of Sale system.

7. Export Date Format and Export Date Source
The 'Export Date Format' setting controls the format of the date stamp for an application that was exported. For example, if you prefer for the date to read 03/01/18 for March 1, 2018, then the value for this field should be 'MM/dd/yy'.
The 'Export Date Source' indicates what value is submitted to the Point of Sale as the application processed date. The processed date is usually considered to be the date in which a student's meal status should take effect. If 'Export' is selected, then the date that the application was successfully received by the POS will be treated as the date in which that application was processed. If 'Scan' is selected, then the processed date will be the date that the application was either scanned into the Strata Apps system or submitted through the online meal application site.
Some Point of Sale systems will ignore this feature and simply use the 'Export' date.

8. Session Timeout
If you are idle in Strata Apps for a given amount of time, the system will automatically log you out the next time you try to do something within the Strata Apps interface. The value in the field is the amount of time in minutes that need to pass before an idle user is automatically logged out. The minimum value is '2' minutes and the maximum is '180' minutes.

9. Export Did Not Apply
This setting is only applicable to districts that have a "Do not wish to apply" type of field on their application design. If this is set to 'Yes', then Strata Apps will export applications that have that field marked. This might be useful, for example, if you are using meal applications to keep your household contact information up to date.

10. Save
Use the 'Save' button to commit any changes to the system otherwise any modifications to these settings will be reset to their previous value.
