Rapid Response Support from Image One
What is it?
We use BeyondTrust’s Remote Support Console (previously known as Bomgar) which uses Military-Grade Data Encryption and supports TLS 1.3. In order to provide rapid response support, Image One will "pin" your server(s) for unfettered access. This will allow us to quickly resolve database & server errors without waiting for involvement of your IT staff. All sessions are recorded for quality assurance.
How much does it cost?
There is no added cost; it is covered under your software maintenance agreement. This service is FREE for customers with a current software support contract.
How do I get it?
Please fill out this form. After we have received the authorization, we will make an appointment to set up your server(s) for our rapid response access.
