New in RocketScan 4.11

New features and changes released in update packages for RocketScan version 4.11 are listed below.

New Features

Bulk Image Export

You can now export ALL application images of a selected type (NSLP or Income Form) from the selected application state (ie: Missing IDs, Hold, etc.) to a PDF file.

Eligibility Module ONLY: Notification List

You may now export contact information for applications that have been processed through the Eligibility Module.

Income Forms ONLY: Mission Control status for DC and DC Reduced

A label will display if there are no Direct Cert or DC Reduced students in the Student Lookup.


Changes

Reports now use Telerik instead of Crystal Reports

This means that you no longer need to run RocketScan with Windows Administrator privileges to access Administration > Reports!

Revamped Income Form Reports

Obtaining your income form report is now a 2-step wizard and you now have several options for obtaining the report you need (Current, Full, and Not Submitted).

Mission Control

The mission control gauges got a little face lift! The data in the scan and online status boxes have been simplified to show how the current scan or online count impacts your license for the current school year.
