It does not appear AutoProcess is running
AutoProcess is the step in the RocketScan workflow that occurs after you scan and save a batch. During this step, ICR technology analyzes and interprets the handwriting from the scanned batches. After the scanned batch completes AutoProcess, they move on to Validation.AutoProcess is a part of RocketScan FMA Service. If the service stops, you will see the following message when you try to launch the Scan module:
- If you click "Yes", you will be able to scan and save batches, but those batches will not move on to Validation until AutoProcess runs.
- If you click "No", the Scan module will close.
If you see this message, you should contact your local IT and have them verify that the RocketScan FMA Service is running on the machine name displayed in the message. If the problem persists, please contact Image One support.
