How to print application notes

How to print application notes

While validating an application or viewing an application in Application Management, you have the ability to make digital notes on the application by right-clicking the image and selecting 'Add note'. RocketScan will also automatically make a note on an application if it breaks any Validation rules, such as a possible incorrect number of household members. These notes are stored with the application's data and can be viewed at any time using RocketScan's Application Management.

In order to print validated applications including their notes, you will need to do the following:
  1. Create an audit file
  2. Open the Audit Viewer
  3. Print with notes

Create an audit file

From the RocketScan Admin module, go to the 'Administration' menu and select 'Audit Management'.

Once the wizard has completed, go to the audit file destination that you indicated at the beginning of the Wizard and open the folder labeled 'FMA
Audit'.

Open the Audit Viewer

Inside the 'FMA Audit' folder, open the file named 'AuditViewer.exe'. This will open the stand-alone program for viewing applications that have been processed through RocketScan during the date range that was selected at the beginning of the Audit Wizard.

Print with notes

In the Audit Viewer, go to the 'File' menu and select either 'Print All..' or 'Print Selected...'. If you want to use 'Print Selected...', remember to first select which application(s) you wish to print from the list in the main Audit Viewer window.
