Getting started with Community Service Manager
Welcome to Community Service Manager!
Whether you are a student or a school administrator, you now have a simple and paperless method for tracking community service hours.
Overview
Community Service Manager (CSM) is a web-based solution that streamlines the submission, review, and reporting of student community service.
Students simply submit forms with details of their service hours or they can sign up for events posted to CSM. A school administrator can then use CSM to review student submissions and approve or deny each student's service.
The Administrator's Summary page allows them to quickly see how many hours each student has submitted, whether or not they have met the required community service hours, and if they have any submissions that need administrative approval.
There are 5 stages to approving student community service hours with CSM:
- A student submits service hours
- An administrator approves the request
- The student completes the submitted service hours
- The student confirms attendance
- The administrator confirms student's attendance
