Income evaluation for special circumstance applications

  1. Log in to RocketScan and open the Admin module.
  2. Click on Settings from the menu bar and select Global Settings.
  3. Look for the setting labeled 'SpecialCircumstanceIncome'.
    • This setting should have a value of either '0' or '1'.

If this setting is set as '0', then RocketScan will not skip any income sections for applications that have special circumstances (such as homeless, migrant, runaway, and etc.). If this is a '1', however, then RocketScan will treat a special circumstance application as "categorically eligible" and no income information will be collected.
