Notes

  1. Supplied by Image One.
  2. The Operating System and Microsoft SQL Server Licenses are to be provided by the district. Both 32 bit and 64 bit are supported unless otherwise indicated.
  3. Application images can be stored on a file server or directly in the database. The average size of a scanned meal application is 65k. You will be able to store approximately 15,000 meal applications per 1 GB of storage space.
  4. Backup of the application files and the RocketScan SQL Database is the district's responsibility.
  5. RocketScan Sync requires unfettered HTTP (Port 80) access between server and Image One IP addresses 47.207.4.242 thru 47.207.4.246.
  6. Required on all servers and workstations running any RocketScan Module or Service.
  7. Dependent on scanner support and compatibility.

  9. If the minimum display requirements are not met, some buttons and controls may be inaccessible from the user interface.
